All sales are final
Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all GPT Image 2.5 AI purchases are non-refundable once the order is placed.
This policy applies to subscriptions, renewals, credit packs, one-time purchases, add-ons, and paid access. Please review the plan, price, credit amount, renewal period, and generation requirements before purchasing.
Credit Restoration
If credits are deducted and a generation fails because of a confirmed technical error, GPT Image 2.5 AI may restore the deducted credits to your account. Credit restoration is an in-service adjustment only and is not a cash refund, payment reversal, chargeback right, or compensation.

Content Policy Violations
Paid plans are subject to the same Content Policy as free use. Accounts suspended for violating it, including for sexual content or content involving minors, are not entitled to a refund of fees or unused credits. You can cancel a subscription at any time by contacting support@gptimage25ai.com.
